The journey is structured in progressive seminars, designed to provide a thorough and practical understanding of fascia as an integrated system, from its biological basis to the most advanced clinical applications in the osteopathic field.
During the seminars, the following will be addressed:
The scientific and functional foundations of fascia: its definition, origin, distribution and role in daily life, with special attention to the interaction between fascia, water and tissues.
The role of the diaphragm as key elements of postural, respiratory and lymphatic regulation, used as a model for clinical assessment and reasoning.
Fascia as a global system: interaction with viscera, scars, fascial chains and the nervous system, to the concept of neurofascia.
Scientific updates and references from international literature in the fascial and osteopathic field.
Primary breathing as a vital expression of the fascial system and as a clinical tool for deep work.
The practical part (the heart of the journey – 90%)
A large space is dedicated to practice, with a guided and immediately applicable approach:
Palpation and perception of fascia, from superficial to deep
Fascial interaction, mobilization, wrapping and unwinding techniques
Soft tissue and scar work
Diaphragm evaluation and treatment
Deep fascial relaxation
Fascial rebalancing and ligamentous tension balancing techniques
Work on calmness and prolonged primary breathing

To provide the professional with practical, effective and immediately usable tools, enabling the integration of fascia as a unique assessment and treatment model in daily clinical practice.

Our professors:
Dr. Fabrizio Sammarro
Italian Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Fabrizio Sammarro, graduated in motor sciences at the Magna Grecia University of Catanzaro, diploma in osteopathy at the Tcio school in Milan, currently continues his training in the osteopathic field at the Tcio in Milan. Teacher of anatomy and physiology Mcb at Take Care in Milan.
In addition to his clinical practice, he is actively involved in teaching postgraduate courses, master's degrees and specialization programs, collaborating with institutes and academies in Italy and abroad. He has held teaching and coordination roles in the field of osteopathy, participating in the training of many healthcare professionals.
His training includes a diploma in Osteopathy, a two-year master's degree in Pediatric Osteopathy and a background in Sports Science, allowing him to integrate manual, biomechanical and functional skills into his clinical work and teaching.
His professional and teaching approach is characterized by a great attention to palpatory assessment, clinical reasoning and practical application of techniques, with the aim of providing concrete and reproducible tools in line with the professional's daily practice.
