Who we are
Our company, founded in Tirana in 2022, brings to Albania the excellence of Italian medical and healthcare professionalism with a multidisciplinary vision in the field of healthcare.
A clinical center where internationally recognized specialists practice: Italian orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists and pediatric osteopaths, supported by a team of qualified Albanian physiotherapists. FTI is not just a brand, but a guarantee of clinical quality based on advanced scientific protocols.
IDEA, VISION AND MISSION
The FTI project also includes the FTI Academy, an initiative dedicated to the continuous training of physiotherapists and healthcare professionals through courses, workshops and scientific events aimed at professional growth and clinical development.
FTI is an elite healthcare and scientific accreditation project, created with the aim of raising the standard of rehabilitation in Albania. The goal is to create a network of professional centers that share common principles of quality, continuous education and collaboration in healthcare.
PILLARS OF THE FTI PROJECT
Specialist medical cooperation – periodic presence of Italian specialist doctors in accredited centers
Continuing professional development – developed through FTI Academy
National network of accredited centers – spreading high professional standards in the Albanian territory.
FTI MODEL
The FTI project is based on an innovative model that integrates Italian specialist medicine, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and continuing professional training.
This approach enables accredited centers to provide high-level health services, strengthening their role in the territory and contributing to the development of physiotherapy in Albania.
WHAT DOES IT OFFER?
FTI HEALTH ACCREDITATION

FTI accreditation enables and transforms a physiotherapy clinic into an Accredited Health Center of Excellence, making the most important asset available.
The team of Italian specialist doctors
orthopedist;
physiatrist;

The operational model of cooperation with specialist doctors is based on
"FTI Dedicated Day":
Periodic planning.

During this day, your clinic staff benefits from direct collaboration with the specialist in diagnosis and in selecting the most appropriate treatment for each patient.

Scientific events
FTI promotes scientific events and professional meetings with Italian medical specialists to foster dialogue among healthcare professionals.
Sessions include practical workshops, clinical case presentations, and interactive discussions that encourage dialogue and sharing of experiences among colleagues.
Participation in these meetings not only enriches professional knowledge, but also contributes to improving the quality of services provided to patients.
These events are designed to create an open platform where professionals can exchange ideas and learn from each other's unique experiences.
Participants have the opportunity to explore new and advanced treatment methods, which can then be integrated into their daily practice, leading to better and more effective care for patients.
In addition to the professional benefits, these meetings also strengthen the sense of community and collaboration in the healthcare field, helping to create a strong support network among professionals.

WHAT IS NOT FTI
It is not a franchise.
Does not require changing the clinic name
Does not replace the structure brand
Does not impose changes in internal organization
Does not interfere with the operational management of the clinic
FTI integrates with the existing clinic by offering collaboration with Italian specialists, professional training and development of the health network.
