FTI Accredited Health Centers FTI – Fisioterapia Italiana is a 100% FREE ACTIVE HEALTH PROJECT that brings together Italian specialists, professional training and a network of accredited centers with the aim of developing a modern and high-level physiotherapy in Albania. IDEA, VISION AND MISSION The FTI project also includes the FTI Academy, an initiative dedicated to the continuous training of physiotherapists and healthcare professionals through courses, workshops and scientific events aimed at professional growth and clinical development. FTI is an elite healthcare and scientific accreditation project, created with the aim of raising the standard of rehabilitation in Albania. WHAT DOES IT OFFER? FTI HEALTH ACCREDITATION Collaboration with specialist doctors FTI accreditation enables and transforms a physiotherapy clinic into an Accredited Health Center of Excellence, making the most important asset available. The team of Italian specialist doctors orthopedist; physiatrist; osteopath; and other healthcare professions. The operational model of cooperation with specialist doctors is based on "FTI Dedicated Day": Periodic planning. Service (current/former/new) clinic patients with diagnoses and medical assessments that would normally only be available off-site or in hospital facilities, while maintaining patient management within your facility. During this day, your clinic staff benefits from direct collaboration with the specialist in diagnosis and in selecting the most appropriate treatment for each patient. TRAINING FTI Academy is the training project of FTI – Fisioterapia Italiana, dedicated to the continuous training and professional updating of physiotherapists and health professionals. Contractual conditions for FTI courses CONTRACT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE MEDICAL-HEALTHCARE SPECIALIZATION COURSE BETWEEN Fisioterapia Italiana Clinic, based in Tirana (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), and The Participant, whose details are to be entered into the registration form (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant"). WHEREAS: • The Organizer is organizing a medical-healthcare specialization course conducted by orthopedic physician Dr. Vincenzo Puglia and osteopath Dr. Fabrizio Sammarro; • The course will take place on the dates and for the total duration specified in the information summary for the selected course; • The total cost of the course is indicated in the information summary for the selected course; • The Organizer establishes the specific terms regarding payment and participation; IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND STIPULATED AS FOLLOWS 1. Subject of the Contract This contract governs the terms of participation in the medical-healthcare specialization course organized by Fisioterapia Italiana, including payment methods, cancellation, and refunds. 2. Cancellation and refunds • In the event of non-attendance without at least 14 calendar days' notice prior to the course start date, the sum of €100.00/€350.00 (depending on the selected course) shall be retained and is non-refundable. • If the Participant communicates their inability to attend with at least 14 days' notice, the deposit of €100.00/€350.00 (depending on the selected course) shall be retained and may be applied to a future course organized by the same entity. 4. Liability • The Organizer guarantees the delivery of the course within the established timeframes and methods, barring cases of *force majeure*. • In the event of course cancellation by the Organizer, all amounts paid shall be fully refunded to the Participant. • The Participant is responsible for their own attendance and adherence to the course schedule. 5. Competent Court The Court of Tirana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the interpretation or implementation of this contract. The Participant declares having read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this contract.
